Mr. Weaver has planned and directed comprehensive geotechnical investigations for a wide variety of projects in his 29 years of engineering experience. His responsibilities have included project planning and management, engineering analyses, earthwork and foundation design, consultation, and preparation of technical reports. He has directed multidisciplinary teams of engineers, geologists, hydrogeologists, and hazardous waste experts for large, complex projects. His experience includes design and construction services for water/wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, transportation projects, public buildings, high-rise structures, drainage facilities, landslide mitigation, schools, hospitals, levees, tank farms, waterfront structures, and landfill facilities. In addition, he has provided expert witness services on a number of litigation cases.
