Mr. Worl has served as a senior industrial hygienist and program manager for industrial hygiene and air quality services. In this capacity, he was responsible for business development, responding to client requests for proposals, project management, and implementation. His work included conducting indoor air quality and building related illness investigations, directing health and safety compliance assessments, performing regulatory analysis and program development, preparing health and safety plans, and serving as the health and safety officer for hazardous waste remediation projects and construction projects.
He has also functioned as Regional Health and Safety Manager (RM) for an office of approximately 250 employees. As the RM, he was responsible for managing and implementing the corporate H&S program on the local level. This included conducting in-house health and safety training, managing employee training records, development and implementation of the local Injury Illness Prevention Program and the Hazard Communication Program, and accident reporting and investigation.
As a consultant in the field of industrial hygiene and occupational safety, he has participated in a wide variety of projects for a diverse cross-section of clients. The majority of the projects were initiated for the purpose of improving safety in the workplace. The range of experience and knowledge that he has acquired in 12 years in this field has provided him with a solid foundation in occupational safety and health.
